The Hot and Spicy Masala Maggi Noodles Recipe

MASALA MAGGI NOODLES

My sister called me one day and told me how they make noodles in Malaysia. When she told me the recipe, I found it pretty odd as we never really try experimenting with the two-minute Maggi noodles. But since the recipe was unique, I felt like trying it anyway. And so I did!

To my disbelief, the noodles turned out so delicious and even more filling. They literally looked so tempting┬áthat my sisters ate the whole bowl while I managed to have a bite only. I made it for myself though, oh well! ­čŹť

Masala Maggi Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of Maggi noodles
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 finely chopped carrot
1 scrambled and fried egg

Directions:

Boil the noodles and make sure they don’t turn too soft. Take them out of the water in a bowl. Then, take a frying pan and prepare your scrambled egg. Add capsicum and carrots in the pan as well and mix them all together. Add a bit of chili sauce and soy sauce and the maggi tastemaker as well (I add black pepper and a bit of chaat masala too). When everything is mixed well and crisp, add the maggi noodles in the pan. Mix it all together and take it out in a bowl. Your Malaysian-style savory noodles are ready to be slurrrped!
